PCS New Online Application Program - Talented

Putnam County Schools’ Personnel Department has some exciting news concerning an easier way for employees to view and bid on open positions. PCS is leaving the paper bid sheets and applications with 2020 and ushering in a more convenient process with 2021. Beginning on January 7th, you can conveniently view PCS job openings online in one of three easy options!

Option One: Visit TalentEd, Putnam County Schools’ application program at https://putnamschools.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx.

Option Two: For your convenience, a link to the program will be added to the PCS Connect App and PCS website at www.putnamschools.com by selecting the menu button, opening the employment tab, and then clicking on the TalentEd link.

Option Three: You can also scan the QR Code for direct access to the program.

On TalentEd, you can see current job openings and also where online bids (applications) can be submitted for any positions that are of interest.

First-time users will need to build a one-time profile by clicking on the “Internal Link” at the top-right edge of the page in the blue ribbon. From there, bidding on open positions is a simple as clicking the “Apply” button, confirming your information, and submitting.  After submitting a bid (application), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied. 

As of January 7, 2021, paper bid sheets will no longer be needed or accepted.
